Very good to deal with, Very knowledgeable and friendly, very service orientated, they keep lots of stock, extra stock if it's a product that you normally order regularly, they can build a completely new pump for most applications on a very large variety of sizes, you're not waiting for 6 months to get a replacement unit. They have very good connections with the European manufacturers, are able to supply even the hard-to-find items in a small fraction of the time it takes others to even get a quote back to you. Excellent quality product, have done side by side runtime comparisons with better than OEM results. Priced very competitively, not paying extra for brand name products. Always available for emergency calls for product and advice after hours and weekends, and will come down to help supply emergency parts. Have been using these products for ten years plus with no issues, highly recommend them.
